How long does delivery take?

All pieces are made to order in Australia.
Delivery: 5–9 business days Australia-wide

Please note that custom-made statues may take up to 3 business days longer due to the added design time.

Is this made in Australia?

Yes, every statue is proudly crafted in Australia and shipped locally.

Is this a good gift?

Absolutely! Our custom statues are popular memorial gifts, birthday presents, and keepsakes for dog lovers.

Why does delivery take 5–9 business days?

Each statue is individually crafted to order in Australia. Production takes 2–4 business days. This ensures the highest quality and allows us to offer many different dog breeds and nameplate options.

How much does the custom-made statues cost?

Custom statues include a $15.50 design fee, which is added on top of the base price of the statue.

This fee covers the time required to create a unique 3D model based on your dog’s photos.

Who owns the design of a custom statue?

Custom statues are designed by Foveo based on the photos you provide. The final design remains the property of Foveo and may be reused or offered to other customers in the future.
